With the increasing movement of people and skills mostly from Poland into the UK, it is becoming evident that the complete practical career oriented programmes Polish educational institutions offer enables their graduates to excel in any situation the job market offers.
It is therefore not surprising that the leader of the Confederation of British Industry, CBI, Richard Lambert has acknowledged that employers now prefer to hire Eastern Europeans staff because they are more capable than supposedly well qualified Britons.
"The reality is that business does indeed have an option. The labour market has changed beyond recognition in the last decade: in a word, it's gone global. If businesses can't find the skills or work attitudes that they need in the national workplace, they can perfectly well recruit them elsewhere" He said.
It therefore comes as welcome news to employers that an international campus of the faculty of Economics and Management of the University of
Szczecin, Poland, will be opened in London to train and equip students in the UK with the complete education system that trains the individual mind with practical ethos necessary for today's young graduate.
