To bedenied your human rights and freedoms? To be denied the dignity of fullemployment? To be denied money in your pocket to buy better quality of life foryourselves, your children, your disabled people and your old age pensioners?You are born equal to broaden your mind and rejuvenate your soul. You are themost-friendly citizens of all citizens. You know the way that leads to thetruth. Be part of the United African States. Be guided by the rule of law. Youare good enough. Life is a competition. Be the best. 

A CONSTITUTION FOR UNITED AFRICAN STATES
CONSTITUTION OFTHE UNITED AFRICAN STATES (UAS)

We, the people of Africa and of the African Union and of theUnited Nations and of the following states of Africa:-

1.Algeria 2. Angola 3. Benin 4. Botswana 5. Burkina Faso 6.Burundi 7. Cameroon 8.Cape Verde 9. Central African Republic 10. Chad 11.Comoros 12. Republic of the Congo 13. Ivory Coast 14. Democratic Republic ofthe Congo 15. Djibouti 16. Egypt 17. Eritrea 18. Ethiopia 19. Equatorial Guinea20. Gabon 21. Gambia 22. Ghana 23.Republic of Guinea 24. Guinea Bissau 25.Kenya 26. Lesotho 27. Liberia 28. Libya 29. Madagascar 30. Malawi 31. Mali 32.Mauritania 33. Mauritius 34. Morocco 35. Mozambique36. Namibia 37. Niger 38. Nigeria 39. Rwanda 40. Sahrawi 41.Sao Tome andPrincipe 42. INSPIRED by the vision for better quality of life in theUnited African States (UAS) and the world, and

CONVINCED of the necessity to abolish absolute poverty inAfrica and the world, and

GUIDED by the rule of law and our common vision for betterquality of life in the UAS and the world, and 

DETERMINED to uphold faith in the rule of law, justice,truth, freedom and democracy, in fundamental human rights, in the dignity andworth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women,

AND FOR THESE ENDS to unite our states and expand our peopleand their talents, and increase and combine our strength, resources and effortsto regulate the new scramble for Africa and to accomplish these aims andaccordingly, 

HAVE AGREED IN A REFERENDUM AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: 
ESTABLISHMENT
1. The United African States (UAS) is hereby established bythe Referendum of the peoples of Africa.

ARTICLE 2:
OBJECTIVES OF THE UAS
1. The UAS shall promote, facilitate and accelerate economicand social development and employment in the UAS and the world. 

2.The UAS shall promote unity of African states and people,governance, democracy, the rule of law, human rights and freedom, tolerance andjustice in Africa and the world. 

ARTICLE 3: 
PRINCIPLES OF THE UAS
1. The UAS shall function on the principles of the rule oflaw, human rights, democracy, justice, freedom, equal gender opportunity,equality of Member States of the UAS, surrender of the sovereignty of memberAfrican states to the UAS, better quality of life for Africans and commonAfrican citizenship.

ARTICLE 4: 
ORGANS OF THE UAS

1. The organs of the UAS shall be:

1.African Legislative Assembly (ALA)
2.UAS Executive President and the Administration
3.African Court of Justice (ACJ)
4.African Electoral Commission (AEC)

ARTICLE 5:
THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

1.African Central Bank (ACB)
2. Monetary Policy Commission (MPC)
3. Fiscal Policy Commission (FPC)
4.African Investment Bank (AIB)
5.Accounting Standards and Auditing Commission (ASAC) 

ARTICLE 6: 
THE SINGLE CURRENCY

1.The UAS shall adopt a single currency to be known as Afro
2.The value of the Afro shall be based on a basket ofcurrencies
3.The monetary policy shall be determined by the MonetaryPolicy Commission (MPC) 

ARTICLE 7: 
CAPITAL INVESTMENT

1.The African Investment Bank in collaboration with the ACBand the open global market shall regulate and promote saving and capitalinvestment in the UAS infrastructure.

2.Public Private Finance Initiative (PPFI) vehicle shall beadopted for the renewal of the infrastructure with workers participation.
