First 100 shops of Belas Shopping Centre already rented

The first 100 shops, from the 400 of the Belas Shopping centre, the biggest commercial enterprise of the country to be inaugurated in December of this year in Luanda, have already been rented, the representative of the Brazilian constructor Odebrecht, André Portelam, informed the press.

Mr. Portelam made the comment at the Construction Material International Fair (Constrói/Angola), which was recently hosted in Luanda.

The shopping centre will have a supermarket, restaurants, cinemas, banks and travel agencies, with parking, among other facilities.

Located in the southern zone of Luanda, the undertaking was in its first phase when it was presented to the public in 2005 by an Angola/Brazil consortium.
