Commercial Bank of Eritrea rendering effective service, according economic sources

The Commercial Bank of Eritrea is rendering effective services, according to world economic experts. The CBE, which was opened on May 15, 2006 offers savings, money transfer and current account services.
Civil employees, students, members of the Defense Force, and institutions who are engaged in trade activities with the bank receive great service. |
Reports indicated that so far there are 5,000 customers in the savings, money transfer and current account services and that the total sum in the three types of service over the last six months is estimated to be over 20 million Nakfa.
The Bank plans to introduce the necessary technological facilities needed to render efficient service to and from Eritrea.
