Russians jumping on the Chinese bandwagon
A SMALL group of Russians are visiting Namibia to offer their services in the fields of geology and geophysical expertise. Accordingly, they are interested in joint ventures with Namibian companies.
The trip from Moscow was organised by the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and the Russian Embassy in Namibia. Experts in airborne geophysical technology, two- and three-dimensional data collection gave presentations to Namibian companies involved in mining and exploration.
