Recent business environment survey shows new business culture

CLIMATE change and the increasingly competitive global economy are changing the culture of business, so much so that if ignored some less sustainable companies or even whole industries will be consigned to the 'dustbin of history'. Indeed the ground is shifting fast for businesses in all sectors.

Consumer demand, government regulation and market competition are aligning to change how products reach the market and upping the stakes for companies to stay ahead of the curve.

Black Country Chamber of Commerce, in representing the views of its members on the issue of the environment, will help to build a regional database on how green businesses are in the region and with regular surveys measure improvements. The Black Country is known as the cradle of industry and they want to revitalise their region and become the environment cradle for industry.
