Western Union announce next day service to Africa
Western Union Financial Services Inc., an international leader in money transfer services,
has announced further reductions in its prices to Africa with the launch of its “Next Day” service, making it more convenient for customers sending money home to their families and friends.
Operating with a starting price of only £4.90*, customers can now send money to more than 10,000 Agent locations across Africa at a more competitive rate.
A J Hanna, Regional Vice-President of Western Union UK, Ireland and the Nordics, said: “The Next Day service to Africa is part of our ongoing commitment to our customers.
We've offered a further reduction in fees to customers across the region who may want the choice of sending less urgent money transfers with the option of using the standard Money in Minutes service when they need to. That’s more choice and value for money.”
The new Next Day service is available from over 3,000 select agent locations in the UK including The Money Shop, Going Places, Thomson, First Choice, Building Societies, Bureaux de Change, newsagents, pharmacies, and other agent locations.
