Nubian Natural takes care of business

NUBIAN NATURAL is a body care store where the concept of multi-level marketing is as important as the products that they sell. And for Olayinka Bandele, 35, one of the founders of the company, multi-level marketing has been the engine behind its success.

This is a business where a sense of community is as important as making a profit. Multilevel marketing is a way of working with other people to achieve your goals while helping others to achieve theirs.

Before setting up the business with her husband and a friend, Bandele travelled to Australia, Thailand and Hong Kong, broadening her experience. And as a part of her market research for Nubian Natural, she travelled to Africa and the Caribbean see the raw materials for her natural products in the wild.

The products for Nubian Natural are imported mainly from New York but the ingredients come from all over the world. Bandele is passionate about the role that black entrepreneurs can play in regenerating communities.
