HACKNEY POLICE RECRUITMENT

Hackney Borough Police will be holding a recruitment event outside Hackney Town Hall, Mare Street, E8, this Friday, July 20 from 10am – 3pm. The police are looking to recruit Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), Special Constables and Met Volunteers from across Hackney’s diverse communities. If this is something you are interested in, please come along and visit our recruitment bus and make a difference in Hackney!

Hackney Police Borough Commander, Chief Superintendent Steve Dann said:

“Crime on the Borough is falling for the fourth year, improving the lives of residents on the borough; and we want your help to ensure this continues. Hackney is a vibrant and diverse borough with in excess of 100 languages being spoken. It’s a stone’s throw to the City and one third of the area is parks or open space. The recruitment bus is a great way to inform people about the varied roles available within the police force. If you are interested or would like some more information we would like to speak to you about how you can help to make a real difference in Hackney .”
