SHE is a freelance model and a fashion stylist who wants nothing but to help people see the world for what it is and to fit in appropriately.
Kubura Yessuf also runs a fashion and modelling agency alongside everything and currently steers the wheels of the initiative called ‘Super-woman’ which really aims at guiding protégée cum up-coming models in the right direction. She has just finished a course in photography and she’s enjoying her new skills. “I chose to be more behind the camera so I can shoot others while they are not too pressured to do poses I couldn’t do myself,” she said. “My modelling career has enabled me to acquire these skills which can help my clients be more comfortable in front of the camera. If I can do it, anyone can, if not, then I’m there to guide them through it.”
Kubura Yessuf, a 24- year-old who is of Ghanaian origin, as well advices people with bad or no fashion sense. “Am just talented in knowing the right dress for people. The moment I see you and get to know a bit about you I sense what you would look perfect in. Maybe I should as well attribute that to my modelling skills.”
