BRITAIN has unveiled at Parliament square in London, a 9ft bronze statue of the former President of South Africa Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela.The statue which was originally billed to be sited in Trafalgar square was moved to this site after Westminster Council failed to issue a site permit due to protests from many Londoners.   more...
